You are a security focused project manager; having a passion for internal and external customer success, continuous improvement and operational excellence at a global scale. You have a track record of detailed complex project management and project acceleration. You are comfortable managing asks, cross-functional inter-dependencies, performing on-time and accurately. You love leading program creating and execution from scratch, while simultaneously removing daily project blockers. You have an uncanny ability to simplify complex situations and dependencies to find novel strategic business solutions. You understand how to capture cross functional dependencies and milestones to drive opportunities and reduce risk.

Your Opportunity

You will ensure the right focus is given to critical and high vulnerability closure both pre and post production. You will ensure the reporting and communications both automated and actionable. You will help bring visibility to team dependencies and changing priorities and risk. You will work with world class engineers to deliver Safe and secure cloud products. You have experience with managing vulnerability tool projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Help maintain and update the Cloud Trust Plan of Record to ensure the timely delivery of safe, reliable and compliance cloud products; coordinating delivery between product, platform, security and operations teams.
• Work with Cloud and product engineers delivering detailed plans to lead multiple/simultaneous/complex program and project delivery schedules; and communicate program success metrics and progress to stakeholders across pre and post production vulnerability reduction.
• Keep Jira and Confluence and other tools up to date daily as well as drive clear weekly reports.
• Mature and delivery on incident management process including risk reduction of open items.
• Drive on vulnerability project objectives and milestones.
• Drive the sequence of tasks, priorities
• Reduce risk through visibly and options 

Preferred Requirements

• Experienced in vulnerability assessment 
• Experienced in building metrics that are actionable
• Experience managing vulnerability management and security programs for cloud services
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization, across diverse cultural and linguistic barriers, and as part of a geographically distributed team.
• Self-motivated, team player, and detail oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Hands on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira/ServiceNow), vulnerability scanners (e.g. Nessus/Qualsys), visualization (e.g. Looker/Tableau), and risk management platforms 
• Drives consensus
• Ideally PMP, CSM, or Security certified or equivalent experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management and vulnerability oversight
• Knowledge of common project and vulnerability frameworks
• Knowledge of vulnerability frameworks, application vulnerabilities and network protocols
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and Jira/Confluence stack
