Your Opportunity
We want a professional services guru who will travel, evangelize, consult, train and troubleshoot to enhance our clients’ experiences. Working either independently or with a team of Informatica and/or Business Partner consultants, you will be a primary and critical point of contact for clients. In this highly visible and impactful role you will successfully employ a combination of technical expertise and client management skills to conduct on-site, post-sales consulting and product implementation.

Your Responsibilities
You will work on the installation, implementation and support of Informatica products. You will work with our customers and business partners, both on short-term assignments to provide on-the-spot Informatica expertise and on longer-term efforts to ensure a support project is delivered in accordance with the customer's expectations. You will travel wherever necessary and work alone or with a team to provide support and solutions for assigned clients and projects. You will promote best practices while managing project deliverables, timelines and customer expectations. Your ultimate mission is to deliver a first-rate client experience and positive brand awareness for Informatica.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years software solution development and deployment experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing solutions for data integration.
• Substantial experience with Informatica platform, with a preferred focus on our Master Data Management or Data Quality tools
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Solid knowledge of current trends in data management.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
