Position Title: Sr Inside Sales Representative

External Description:

Informatica is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative (German Speaking) with telesales expertise in the software industry to join our team in Dublin, Ireland

You will have a number of years’ sales/business development experience and will be proven in your ability to create, develop and close pipeline.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting customers via phone, digital or electronic means.  In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact with German and English prospects in your assigned territory and you will prospect, qualify, develop and close your own pipeline. You will work closely with the Field Sales organization and develop strong working relationships with Informatica channel partners.  To be successful in the role of Inside Sales Representative, you must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment while maintaining good communication with management, team members and other key stakeholders.

Your Role 

  • Proactively prospect into your assigned territory via telesales or digital channels
  • Develop leads and opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Communicate with C-level and senior level Execs/decision makers to fully understand their current business challenges and propose how Informatica solutions can address these
  • Sell Informatica products and solutions both by acquiring new customers while retaining and growing an existing customer base
  • Stay current with market trends and changes in the technical area of expertise
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with Informatica customers and channel partners
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including field sales, presales and marketing

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in the IT Software industry and telesales
  • Sales/Lead Generation experience
  • Experience in closing sales deals
  • Must be fluent in German, and have good working knowledge of English
  • Relevant experience with a High School Diploma
