As a Presales Consultants, no day will be the same as you’ll work across multiple industries (Fin Serv, Public, Retail, etc) and a broad suite of solutions (Data Management, Cloud, Analytics and Data Governance) making each customer engagement a new challenge.

Future career paths for Presales Consultants include: moving into a Product Specialist role (becoming an expert on one of our core products); becoming a high-level Solution Architect and an industry guru (Fin Serv, Public, etc); or move into Field Sales and earn fantastic commission.

You're technically proficient and have the patience to guide customers and stakeholders through all the capabilities of our products and solutions. Whether it's an initial product evaluation, product demonstration, or addressing technical pain points, you're willing to take the time to provide explanations and find solutions where needed. You find a collaborative work environment rewarding yet are equally adept at and content working independently.

As an influential and effective teacher, you are eager to share your knowledge and best practices and to develop and sustain an open line of communication with your teammates. If your team members or customers are in remote locations, you are comfortable with travel in order to engage face-to-face.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required;
• Experience and strong knowledge in technical standard technologies like Rest Services, JSON/XML, Messaging Services, Streaming and Event Services like Apache Kafka, Enterprise Service Bus.
• First practical experience with Microservice Architecture, CI/CD and supporting Technologies, Kubernetes, Docker would be an advantage
• Excellent Communicator;
• Growth Mindset. Experience and passion for learning (technical and professional skills).
