We’re currently looking for a Ecosystem Solutions Director with customer facing experience in technical partner alignment with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our team.  

Job Summary  

Ecosystem Solutions Director, AWS 

As our Ecosystem Solutions Director, you will be responsible for:  

-Working with different stakeholders in the Sales, Field, Product, Marketing, and ecosystem vendor teams to meet technical go-to-market requirements to ensure successful joint innovation and solution delivery.  
-Monitoring the product roadmaps for both Informatica and AWS to deliver innovative features for our platform that will help drive joint adoption. 
-Driving architecture strategies (statements of position/direction, principles, reference architectures, etc.) that align to the company's business strategy and influence joint co-sell directives. 
-Researching, engineering, and integration of joint solutions for the purpose of educating our R&D team on implementing new solutions and products  
-Analyzing new AWS offerings upon release, providing a feature list comparison, and how Informatica can best respond to the offering (co-sell or competitive). 
-This includes determining scope, urgency, and potential impact   
-Makes recommendations that enable expeditious remediation. 
-Assisting the Global AWS Lead in developing technical solutions, products, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of go to market (GTM) solutions. 
-Transforming customer’s AWS requirements into technical specifications for the Research and Development (R&D) team to prioritize and implement. 
-Working in a cross-functional environment to propose innovative joint solutions to meet AWS co-sell objectives. 
-Developing potential opportunities and use case for AWS products and joint services that meet AWS and customer requirements. 
-Keeping current on technology trends both in the industry as a whole through partner events, collaboration, and managing and administering the teams AWS applications deployed. 
-Collaborating with both Informatica and AWS Principal Architect teams to review solution designs and any new implementation or introduction of new technologies to ensure compliance with AWS and Informatica roadmap aligned requirements 
-Creating field level enablement for AWS foundational knowledge 
-Enabling field, global system integrations (GSIs), and AWS on Informatica joint solutions and reference architectures.  
-In the role of Ecosystem Solutions Director , you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Ecosystem Solutions Director you must have strong technical, communication (both verbal and written), collaboration, and leadership skills 

Technology You’ll Use: (Only for R & D Jobs) 

Informatica platform 
Including but not limited to: Data Governance (Data Quality and Catalog), Data Integration (Streaming, Application, Batch, and EDI). 
AWS platform 
Including but not limited to: Redshift, S3, Athena, Glue, EC2, EMR, Kinesis, Sagemaker, Quicksight, Cloud Formation, Chime, etc. 
Snowflake, Databricks, and Tableau  

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing 

-Assist field in co-sell opportunities by enabling AWS account teams and customers on our joint solutions and reference architectures. 
-Works with product managers to create a high-level enterprise architecture to support a growing portfolio of AWS and Informatica joint solutions. 
-Assist Global AWS Lead in joint strategy and co-sell discussions. 
-Enable R&D team on new and upcoming AWS offerings. 
-Write blogs, whitepapers, and conduct demonstrations showing the advantages of both the AWS and Informatica offerings. 
-Research new opportunities as determined by Global AWS Lead and field leaders. 
-Self-manage tasks and projects, tracking risks, issues, decisions, and enhancements as they relate to AWS and Informatica joint solutions. 

Key Essentials  

-Proven organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently required. 
-AWS certification. 
-Assured and articulate public speaking skills in front of large and diverse technical audiences. 
-Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. 
-5 years of demonstrated experience with AWS and Informatica cloud services. 
-Experienced in writing SQL queries and using sql developer tools (i.e. Toad, SQL Workbench, etc.) 
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent technical experience. 
-Basic knowledge dimensional modeling (3rd Normal Form and Kimball). 
-Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. 
-Basic knowledge of server scripting: Powershell and bash. 
-Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic company. 
-Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams. 
-Strong understanding on infrastructure design, networking, virtualization, cloud security and IAM. 
-Is willing to Travel (approximately 30-40% both domestic and international) for customer visits, industry conferences, supporting marketing activities at trade shows. 
-Authorized to work in the U.S.  

What We’d Like to See 

-Experience managing technical partner solution development and GTM with AWS 
-Experience in driving the success of both mature, stable products as well as new and innovative product concepts. 
-Basic knowledge of DevOps methodologies. 
-Experience with developing engagement with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Consulting, Customer Success and Partner teams 
-Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big picture vision with the drive to make the vision a reality with strong execution.
