Our Team

Professional Services (PS) Operations at Informatica plays a vital role in supporting all elements of the Informatica PS business with a focused commitment on exceed revenue and delivery targets.

Your Opportunity

You will report to the Sr. Principal Sales Operations Analyst and be responsible for supporting the PS systems and tools. You will work closely with Professional Service Managers, Directors and Delivery teams as well as many cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.

Your Responsibilities 

• Reporting:
  • Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for dashboard and report design within the Salesforce Platform.
  • Handle Ad-Hoc report requests from the field
  • Constantly monitor/update the standard business reports as needed
• Systems:

• Serve as first level of support for business users 
• Provide training to key business stakeholders
• Create and coordinate sharing of business requirements and technical documentation
• Conduct business testing (with and without business stakeholders), including drafting test scenarios, facilitating, UAT and sign-off for monthly software builds

Your Qualifications

• BE/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred
  8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with business intelligent report writing specifically in Salesforce.com (FinancialForce experience a significant advantage)
• Ability to execute SQL Queries
• Knowledge of Power BI a plus
• Superior knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated customer service mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  Organized and detail-oriented
  Sense of Urgency in meeting deadlines and able to prioritize ad-hoc requests
• Self-motivated
  Project Management experience a plus
