Growth Marketing Director 

Informatica is currently looking for a Marketing Director, Growth Marketing to own our customer and prospect lifecycle to help drive growth as part of a B2B SaaS motion. You are data-driven and highly analytical, with a relentless focus on results. You are a demand generation marketing expert with experience in creating and executing full lifecycle multichannel campaigns and tactics.  

While your scope will span all areas of marketing that help drive the next level of growth, your initial focus will include digital ABM, multi-channel campaigns, Sales Loft motions, and end to end funnel improvements working with marketing operations and MDRs. 

You will work closely with product/solutions, digital, content teams, field marketing and the sales organization to inform & scale your efforts. This role’s success requires someone that can work in a highly cross-functional organization and can deliver incremental change across the organization by delivering team successes. 

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing 

ABM digital:  

  • Understand ABM digital and know how to achieve strong ROI across digital channels aimed at key accounts. Go beyond paid social and syndication to reach accounts and achieve successful ROI. Aim to increase high scored leads as a percentage of all responders to improve lead quality. 
  • Work cross-functionally with the corporate digital team to make sure their efforts and Growth Marketing work in tandem. 
  • Own the ABM digital agency relationship and associated budget for Growth Marketing. You would also work across Field Marketing teams to deliver effective ROI for their incremental initiatives. 

Strategic Marketing Priorities & Campaigns 

  • Build plans that align to the strategic priorities – including increasing wallet share in key accounts through ABM, driving the platform through cross-sell initiatives, and helping to build out the high velocity digital GTM model 
  • Create customer lifecycle journeys to accelerate the purchase process by understanding & connecting marketing functions internally to benefit the customer/prospect externally. 
  • Work cross-functionally with various GTM teams to ensure alignment to the campaigns and plans. 
  • Work towards positive touch governance and multi-channel (eventually omni-channel) campaigns to have a connected conversation across digital, email, web, events. 
  • Understand our target audience and personas, design experiments, and drive activation of campaigns. 
  • Partner closely with website, product, and support teams to continuously test, optimize and improve customer experience, engagement and conversion metrics. 
  • Understand our top performing assets and offers across every channel and provide feedback to the campaigns, content marketing, product marketing and brand teams on which message is resonating in market. 
  • Ensure that we have the right activity mix to drive growth, including awareness, contact acquisition, and demand generation. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform strategies. Keep current with latest trends and best practices. 

Sales Loft & end to end funnel 

  • Build out cadences tied to your campaigns so you can continue the conversation and lead progression thru to the MDR handling. Optimize, leverage snippets for personalization and A/B test to improve all main KPIs. 
  • Understand the various stages of lead progression and know how to look for issues and how to fix them. 
  • Work with Marketing Operations to analyze all aspects of Informatica’s conversion funnel, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. 
  • Partner closely with MDRs to ensure joint success with SalesLoft. Monitor MDR lead handling of digital and other channels to ensure effective lead disposition.

  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing best practices, and how to engage prospects and customers at multiple points through the customer journey, from awareness to retention and referrals, with a keen test-and-learn mindset. 
  • ABM and Digital marketing expertise, with demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel programs at scale. 
  • Talent for managing multiple goals at once, including net new customer logo acquisition and overall marketing sourced pipeline. 
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done. 
  • Analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable changes. 
  • Results-oriented and data-driven, with experience working cross-functionally with creatives, product teams, sales, and other marketing functions. 
  • Bias for action.
