Web Operations Program Manager

Informatica is looking for a Web Operations Program Manager who will be responsible with managing daily operations of our Web team. You will report to the Director of Web Development & Technology and will support operations and delivery across Web Experience, Search, and Cloud Digital Acquisition programs to ensure the projects stay on-track.

Technology You'll Use

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• PowerPoint, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Manage budget, billing and vendor engagements including purchase order management and invoicing
• Maintain master calendar of weekly web content updates and collaborate with web developers to ensure those updates are implemented
• Manage intake, review, assessment, and traffic web requests, ensuring that requests are acknowledged and queued
• Create project plans; coordinate process with web writers, Creative team and upkeep inventory of assets so that project details are completed accordingly
• Maintain editorial calendar of content and coordinate web promotion across the corporate site.
• Upkeep website to manage content lifecycle ensuring fresh content is published and outdated materials are retired
• Present weekly project updates and status reports across web and Search projects
• Create processes and standards to ensure team's effectiveness
• Test and monitor the website for quality (desktop, mobile experiences); document issues and work with the web developers to resolve those issues

What We'd Like to See

• Knowledge of online marketing and web analytics processes
• Project management skills with experience in Agile web project management
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Workfront, or Asana
• Effective communications and presentation skills, including communication of data
• Vendor management skills
• Budget management skills
• Knowledge of web publishing tools like Adobe Experience Manager highly desirable

Role Essentials

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience with undergrad degree or professional training
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background
