We're looking for an Lead System Engineer candidate with experience in Office 365 components - Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for business, to join our team in Bangalore.

You will report to our Senior Manger of IT.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Detailed understanding of PKI infrastructure and Certificate Management.
• Able to identify new business opportunities through customer engagement.
• Knowledge on Azure OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Graph API's and REST API's.
• Good understanding of Internet protocols (SMTP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, LDAP, SSH, TLS).
• Experience in Proofpoint Email Fraud Defense, DKIM, DMARC and all modules of Proofpoint TRAP
• Experience on administering of Azure, AWS, Active Directory, GPO, IIS, DNS
• Experience with email MTA, SPAM filters, Postfix or Send mail like products is desirable
• Should write the scripts in PowerShell to automate the regular tasks.
• Experience with various operating systems such as Windows Server, Unix, and Linux
• Take part in projects as a subject matter expert or as a representative of the service owner.
• Escalation points of Contact for L1-L2 team members and available on call when needed.

What We'd Like to See

• Experience with Office 365 components - Exchange online, SharePoint online, OneDrive for business.
• Skill on email flow within O365 and Mail Gateways.
• Experience with technologies required to deliver a Hybrid solution - Active directory (include federated domains), directory sync, ADFS.
• An understanding of latest Office365 components - Teams, flow, planner and PowerBI.

Role Essentials

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Exchange Online, Azure AD, Identity Management, Gateway, and PKI infra.
• Communication, both written and verbal in English
• Good Team leading skills.
• Manage Operational Duties of Staff
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
