Analyst, Tax

The Finance organization manages all of Informatica's financial activities with expertise and accuracy. . Informatica's Tax dept. is an important strategic partner to all departments within our business. Our team has the challenging but essential task of managing a the tax landscape.

We're looking for a Tax Analyst with experience in CorpTax, to join our team in Bangalore, India.

You will report to Senior Manager, Tax.

You will play an important role in our tax team expansion. In this role, you will gain experience in worldwide tax reporting, analysis and compliance.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Prepare US tax return and provision work papers.
• Help with analysis of US tax issues.
• Maintain CorpTax for compliance and provision purposes including ongoing focus on maximizing use of available features that facilitate process improvement.
• Help with transaction work / M&A; structure maintenance.
• Help with India APA/MAP process.
• Complete monthly and annual filings and account reconciliations for US state and local purposes.
• Help with global audits.
• Review global withholding tax account and required documentation.
• Help build our tax team.

What We'd Like to See

• Exposure to ASC 740
• Experienced in developing and establishing tax systems and best practices.

Role Essentials

• 3+ years of experience in US Tax Laws (Big Four experience preferred).
• Accounting and Tax background.
• Experience in tax preparation and provision in client Corptax software
• Participation in all phases in Tax engagement life cycle.
• Efficient in analyzing the business requirement.
• Learn new skills and Team player.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant professional experience
