This role and the APJ Theater are critically important to Informatica's success. The Sales team plays an important role not only with regards to revenue generation but also with Informatica's reputation in the marketplace. The Group Vice President Sales, Asia Pacific is responsible for the success of . You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and is also a member of our Senior Leadership Team to join our team based in Singapore office.

This leader must have sales experience in the ANZ region.

The Leader drives predictable growth in the Region with a focus on innovation/cloud, partners, and people. Delivering the innovative cloud message to the market is important to driving cloud growth. Partners are expected to contribute more than 50% of the growth in the Regions. And so, building relationships with GSIs, Hyperscalers, and regional partners is important. Inspiring the team to deliver results, recruiting, and retaining talent are all core to the people strategy.

The Group Vice President Sales is someone within the global team and will define our overall business strategy in APJ, with the dual goals of growing top-line revenues through the generation of scalable, repeatable, structured client and partner relationships, and embracing the operational challenges of leading a significant business in APJ.

  • Develop the strategy – including go-to-market, and territory segmentation
  • Lead with a planning approach for territories, accounts, and opportunities
  • Grow a predictable business through pipeline development and accurate forecasting of the business
  • Spend time engaging with customer and prospect executives
  • Maintain relationships with executive stakeholders within Informatica
  • Develop partner and ecosystem relationships
