Senior Commissions Analyst

We're looking for Senior Commissions Analyst with experience in commissions and bonus operations, to join our team in Bangalore.

You will report to Senior Manager, Commissions.

You will work with the Sales team, Sales Ops, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and HR teams and will be responsible for commissions and bonus operations including variable compensations calculations, reporting, and analysis.

any CRM/HRIS systems, Xactly or similar compensation tools

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

• Understand and administer Informatica's Sales Compensation plans
• Analyze the monthly commissions payout in accordance to Informatica's monthly/quarterly schedule
• Distribute and track completeness of compensation plan approval from sales personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
• Be the point-of-contact for all commissions related questions and provide timely answers to the sales and sales management teams and maintain regular customer service through ServiceNow tickets
• Ad Hoc projects and requests as applicable

What We'd Like to See

• Experience with Xactly or similar compensation tools

Role Essentials

• 5+ years of high-tech company experience (SaaS/Cloud model preferred) in Finance or accounting with experience as commissions administrator
• BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative fields
• Experience with Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) and new technologies
• Experience with CRM/HRIS systems like Salesforce and Workday (preferred)
• Motivated to work in a role which supports multiple stakeholders
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience
