Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Sales Support Engineer 1 provides services for the field and/or partner organizations related to RFP and Security projects. This includes preparing responses to customer questionnaires by searching a content library for relevant information and composing responses to queries. Engineers in Japan have responsibility for managing both Japanese and English language RFP/Security questionnaires, as well as validating translations of English content into Japanese.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide Request for Proposal support to field and partner organizations
  • Perform and validate translations of standard security and RFP content for global scaling of RFP services
  • Partner with other Business Units to create & save reusable RFP content (Templates, Exec Summaries, "wired" RFXs)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Concept-level technical knowledge of cloud deployment of software solutions, digital transformation, data management
  • Experience with business writing in a sales environment
  • Experience with Response/RFP software
  • Experience with Informatica as a partner or customer
  • Japanese and English language fluency required

Education/Experience

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
  • Minimum 0+ years of relevant professional experience with undergrad degree and/or professional training.

テクニカルセールスサポートエンジニア1は、RFPおよびセキュリティプロジェクトに関連したサービスをフィールドおよび/またはパートナー組織に提供します。これには、コンテンツ・ライブラリから関連情報を検索し、問い合わせに対する回答を作成することで、顧客からの質問に対する回答を準備することが含まれます。日本のエンジニアは、日本語と英語の両方のRFP/セキュリティ・アンケートを管理し、英語のコンテンツの日本語への翻訳を検証する責任があります。
