Your Opportunity

The Manager, IT is responsible for developing and executing an IT business strategy that shapes the future of Informatica. In addition, this role is accountable for the daily operational management of functions that include evaluating, enhancing and implementing our IT business policy, processes and procedures.

We are looking for a Leader with a proven record of driving solution delivery in the CRM domain to own the delivery on the Salesforce.com platform.
In this role, you’ll use your process knowledge and people management skills to build a functional  team that works effectively and collaboratively in a distributed team model from a group of strong individual contributors.
You will use your domain knowledge and Technical expertise on the SFA platform to define innovative solutions which are also maintainable and are based on industry best practices.

Our ideal candidate
Informatica is seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced IT professional to manage its IT applications team pertaining to Cloud technologies. In this role the Manager will lead a highly skilled cross functional technical team in delivering high value solutions.
The IT Applications Manager will own the support and delivery of world class solutions for Informatica enterprise applications that are built primarily on the Salesforce platform covering functionality like Sales cloud, Service cloud and quoting using CPQ.

  • Driving delivery on mission critical enterprise applications which are both customer facing applications as well as internal enterprise facing applications- this will be primarily an Agile driven environment.
  • Manages the analysis, selection, and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management.
  • Drives protection of company data, tools, and information systems
  • Subject Matter Expert of applications and systems
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to sure the efficient operation of IT functions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate and proactively respond to project, business, financial and operational risks
  • Drive the management of a continuous improvement program that identifies and implements best practices, measuring performance and drive improvements in IT systems and processes.
  • Effectively partner with cross-functional IT business managers to define solution strategies and annual roadmaps; setting direction in all areas of responsibility, monitoring ongoing effectiveness, and overseeing redesign or redirection as appropriate
  • Manage project support for IT initiatives; ensuring quality and conformance to methods, policies, and standards.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical or bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
  • Total of  10+ years’ experience of  IT delivery management experience on the Salesforce.com and Marketo platform.
  • Track record of success in managing Production systems which are external, customer facing applications as well as internal enterprise facing applications.
  • Strong Experience (at least 5 years) managing Salesforce solutions 
  • Track record of success in planning, execution of short and medium-term application roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model
  • Demonstrated project management experience; PMP or PMI certification desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong leader with proven ability to manage resources, both internal and external; demonstrated ability to build, manage and develop a high performing team of IT professionals or 4 or more.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a budget, measure performance, and optimize results.
  • Effective relationship management, communication, and presentation skills with demonstrated success in dealing effectively with customers, vendors, peers and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills; able to multi task and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to forge consensus among competing constituents on critical and time sensitive issues.
  • Management style that exhibits high energy, integrity, collaboration, candor, accountability, openness to feedback and a results orientation.
