We are looking for a Product Specialist/Senior Product Specialist, with a proven record of accomplishment in technical field to join our Advanced Support team.

Your Responsibilities

This key individual will serve as Specialist for both internal and external customers. The individual will work closely with internal development and support staff to solve technical product problems and provide third line support.

Primary responsibilities involve troubleshooting complex technical problems and working with the customer and Informatica development to resolve technical roadblocks. This individual will also facilitate, drive and support the customers' implementation process, working closely with our customers' implementation teams and Informatica technical support engineers. Individual will ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion. Additionally, this individual will manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage technical issues daily. Assess, isolate and diagnose the problem, suggest potential fixes to R&D and resolving the issue.
  • Provide technical assistance(/advise) to support engineers, partners, sales engineers

              and post-sales consultants.

  • Provide root-cause analysis for customer issues.
  • Replicate product bugs to determine the problem root-cause(s), issue work-arounds and solutions.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams assist in identifying, reporting and resolving product defects.
  • Contribute knowledge via authoring (/reviewing) whitepapers, articles etc.
  • Provide regular reports to management that measure the effectiveness of the technical support function. .

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • A BTech/MTech/BE/ME in Computer Science or related technical field,
  • 4-7 years of industry experience in developing/supporting mission critical software components.
  • Experience as programmer in PHP, Java is required.
  • Experience JAVA debugging skills in thread & Heap dump analysis is mandatory.
  • Experience in NodeJS is preferred.
  • Experience in RDBMS like PostgreSQL or oracle is mandatory.
  • Experience in GraphDB like OrientDB is preferred.
  • Experience in Message broker framework like RabbitMQ is preferred.
  • Experience in SSO / LDAP is preferred
  • Experience in BPM Engines like Camunda would be added advantage.
  • Experience in Data Governance would be a great advantage.
  • Experience in LINUX, AIX flavors of operating system is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and respond to peaks in demand.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A high degree of analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Constructively work together as a team, sharing ideas and resources.
