Your Opportunity 

The IPS Regional Manager, ASEAN needs to demonstrate the necessary skills in positioning, selling, and growing Informatica Professional Services engagements. They cover the Asia Pacific region including ASEAN, ANZ, China and India. Additionally, exceptional customer management and organizational skills are required to be successful and productive.  Specifically, the Regional Manager must: 

  • Be the primary point of contact for selling Professional Services in the respective region by working with the expanded Sales and Delivery teams which support this role.
  • Become proficient in all Informatica Professional Services package offerings, contract terms, value-selling, and pricing.
  • Show effective management of customer requests, including swift handling of services leads, accurate Salesforce opportunity management, managing customer project status meetings, coordination of delivery resources and consultant documentation, support escalation.
  • Show ability to build Professional Services project funnel and close business.

 Your Responsibilities 

  • Partnership and increased involvement with Informatica Sales for license opportunities
  • Consistent, clearly defined course of action/partnership for all IPS managers
  • Maximize customer success along with services and license revenue
  • Attend client meetings/calls with customers and sales peers.
  • Maximize Regional and Vertical Manager productivity
  • Establish relationships with our largest customers
  • Reporting / administrative accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure quota and profitability targets are achieved
  • Customer success and regular interaction w/ IPS delivery teams
  • Defined involvement of Technical Delivery Managers, Technical Architecture Managers and Technology Vertical/Delivery Team Leads
  • Consistency w/ presentations, proposals, SOWs, opportunity tracking
  • Consistency with a value-based selling approach for our solution technologies

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Complete business development and administrative management of opportunities in the respective region
  • Participation in all management meetings and calls
  • Accurate and timely Salesforce opportunity ownership for select projects
  • Lead generation for PS Opportunities
  • Consistent, well-defined coordination with delivery teams to ensure customer project success.

 Your Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years software solution sales experience required, preferably in consulting projects
  • 5+ years of experience delivering solutions related to Enterprise Cloud Data Management including Big Data, Cloud, Data Integration, or MDM.
  • Experience with Informatica products preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in project management/client management, preferably software consulting
  • Willingness to travel 55%
