Position Title: HR Information Technology Analyst

External Description:

The HR Information Systems Analyst is a key contributor to shaping the Human Resources systems business strategy with an eye towards end-to-end operational execution; assessing issues and risks, formulating recommendations, proposing remedies to various system challenges, and then executing on those recommendations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support on various priority Workday projects on Informatica’s current fiscal year roadmap
• Provide on-going feedback to teams and peers across organizations and teams to help drive systems adoption
• Assist with daily Workday support cases as needed based on complexity (Tier 2 Support)
• Support end users and continue to educate/train them on the use of the various systems
• Work effectively beyond area of ownership to identify tradeoffs that optimize for Informatica as a whole
• Consistent regular attendance at work
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned 

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Workday Human Capital Management with a broad working knowledge of overall human resources practices and processes.
• Workday specific requirements include:  HCM Fundamentals and HR Business Processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external partners.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve cross functional goals.
• Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Working knowledge of systems development lifecycles and systems integration projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in one-on-one situations with all levels of personnel.
• Able to facilitate group meetings and keep them on track.
• Experience in creating and delivering effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) appropriate for project teams and business leaders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• HR Technology experience required.
• Workday experience is a must.
