We’re currently looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager with experience in Sales, Sales Enablement and Leadership to join our team in the Maidenhead, UK area. 

Job Summary

As our Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving implementation of key initiatives that support our client-facing teams in our EMEA-LATAM geography. The ideal candidate will demonstrate individual resourcefulness and a drive to get things done with a collaborative, ‘make it happen’ approach.  

Day-to-day Duties? Here's What You'll Be Doing

Focus on the overall success of Sales new hires to include leading a cross-functional team to accelerate ramp time. Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Demand generation programs for new account managers
  • Mastery of onboarding materials
  • Content, Tools and Sales Process
  • Ensure Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers are aligned to regions with new Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers in the field
  • Metrics 

Key Essentials

  • Located near Maidenhead, UK (office located in Maidenhead)
  • Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • Excellent analytic, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with demonstrated capacity to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization is a plus.
  • Demonstrate decisive but inclusive decision making in a fast-paced multi-workstream environment.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

What We’d Like to See

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • Minimum 12+ total years of relevant professional experience
  • 3+ years of sales management experience is preferred
