Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einarbeitung in die Grundlagen des IT Supports
  • Zusammenarbeit mit einem global agierenden IT Support Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen global agierenden Teams und dem Global Service Desk
  • Nach der Einarbeitung werden Sie direkt in das EMEA End User Services Team integriert und arbeiten an echten Supportfällen und Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind freundlich und haben eine hohe Auffassungsgabe
  • Sie verfügen über ein grundlegendes Wissen über:
    • Windows Betriebssysteme
    • Optional: MacOS X
    • Browser
    • Netzwerk
  • Sie haben eine verantwortungsvolle Art zu arbeiten, denken analytisch, sind teamfähig und kommunikationswillig
  • Sie sind auf der Suche nach Herausvorderungen und wollen maßgeblich zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen
  • Sie haben fundierte Englischkenntnisse
