The Informatica partner business is comprised of an ecosystem of partners including the top ISVs in the market. As the world’s leader in Enterprise Cloud Data Management, Informatica delivers comprehensive enterprise data management across the enterprise that include many of the top ISV solution platforms (i.e. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Webservices, Google Cloud, etc) to deliver a complete customer solution. Informatica’s Partner Sales Team focuses on ISV relationships to grow our market share in EMEA.

Your Opportunity

Informatica is looking for a Regional Ecosystem Sales Manager, with experience working with Cloud ISVs in France, to execute our go to market strategy and to cultivate and our ISV partnerships in EMEA. The primary objective is to generate new pipeline and incremental revenue with the top ISVs, such as Microsoft, AWS, Google or Cloudera in the industry. As an employee with Informatica, you will be required to expand our relationships with our existing ISV partners. On successfully delivery there is an option to work on the entire EMEA South region.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Sales DNA to drive pipeline and incremental revenue.
  • Experience with defining and executing a successful go to market strategy with Cloud ISVs.
  • An understanding of the top ISVs in the market.
  • Ability to work across cross functional teams.
  • Ability to represent Informatica as a company to develop and grow relationships with other large global companies.
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated to drive and build business with Informatica ISV partners.
  • A strong understanding of the data integration market including topics like Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Security and Information Lifecycle Management and what these topics mean to our Customers and Partners.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Driving incremental business opportunity with the top ISVs in the market.
  • Create a detailed GTM strategy and business plan for France and then drive the execution.
  • Actively build relationships and manage the partnerships to grow our business with ISVs.
  • Develop and implement goals, tactical and strategic plans for sales and marketing.
  • Engage and manage the communication interface between ISV Partners and Informatica Partner and Field Sales.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets in an enterprise software sales company and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with ISVs and also in direct sales.
  • Ability to define a comprehensive GTM strategy with multiple top ISVs specific to country and region.
  • A good communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background and experience.
