Our Team  

Our Dublin office is the EMEA HQ for Informatica and it recently won an award for "Great Place to Work" in 2019. You'll join a team of eight Talent Acquisition Recruiters (who are based in Ireland, UK, Netherlands and German) who like to work hard and have fun.

Talent Acquisition is the Sales arm of HR & our goal is to attract, engage and sell Informatica's career opportunities to first-class talent across EMEA. We're a "lean, mean recruitment team" in EMEA and we get as close as possible to our hiring managers to make sure our recruitment strategies support their business needs. 

Future career paths include: moving up to Principal Recruiter level; specializing i.e. looking after a specific business unit or country; team leading.

Your Opportunity 

As a German speaking Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment across the EMEA region and will use your talent acquisition skills to hire across all lines of business i.e. Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Software Development, etc. You will look after c.15 - 20 x requisitions and source, manage and close candidates by yourself. You will build strong working relationship with demanding hiring managers across the region and most importantly, have fun whilst doing it! P.S. although you speak German, you will not just be working on German speaking roles but across a breadth of positions.

Your Qualifications  

• Fluent in German and English.
• 3+ years’ experience as an in-house/talent acquisition Recruiter in the IT sector.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA.
• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter i.e. sourcing, qualifying, networking, closing, etc.
