This key individual will serve as Product Specialist for both internal and external customers. This position will also work closely with internal development and support staff to solve technical product problems and provide third line support. Primary responsibilities involve troubleshooting complex technical problems and working with the customer and Informatica development to resolve technical roadblocks. Will also facilitate, drive and support the customers' implementation process, working closely with our customers' implementation teams and Informatica technical support. He/she will ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion. Additionally, this individual will manage communications to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships. 

Skill Set Required:

- Outstanding problem solving skills

- Excellent learner, Demonstrated Agile development practices

- Strong Java and Multithreading

- Strong object-oriented design and development experience

- Good understanding of networking concepts and database concepts

- Excellent communication skills and a good team player.

- Ability to work with customers to resolve problems

Highly desired:

Server side application development.

Required Experience:

Typically requires MS/CS with 0-2 years of relevant experience, or BS/CS with 2-4 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Debugging the code and providing instrument builds and fixes for the issues reported by customers.
2. Troubleshooting complex technical problems and working with the customer and Informatica development to resolve technical roadblocks.
3. Developing productivity tools to enhances the user experience and supportability of the Products.
4. Recommending fixes to R&D on Critical Issues in the product and saving development time.
