Your Opportunity Reporting to the SVP Global Partner Ecosystem, the role is to:

…lead a technical sales team focused on our Value Add Resellers and Global System Integrator partners.  The channel technical sales team is key to driving the evolution of Informatica’s global partner ecosystem globally by expanding our commercial reach, opening new markets and ultimately driving channel revenue. The focus will be on growing existing partner revenue and working to support our network of VARs and GSIs.

Organization Details Informatica is very focused on extending the reach of the partner program across numerous new paths to market. The Channel Leader will play a lead role in promoting Informatica’s partner strategy across a number of different partner types, including: •Global SI’s •Regional SI’s •Born in Cloud Partners •Delivery Partners •ISV’s/OEM’s •Global VAR/Reseller and VAD Channel

Responsibilities Be visible. We are looking for an evangelist to drive both visibility and credibility in building our global partner ecosystem. Someone who is out in the market interacting with partners and demonstrating our commitment to the channel.

Lead a global team of highly technical resources that support our Partners to drive incremental customer revenue. 

Ability to deliver support to our Partners in POCs and assist to build individual technical skills on our products. • Drive revenue growth for our channel business primarily through VARs and SIs • Support our OEM partners that embed our technology in their solutions and promote new business models to expand our overall OEM business. • Work with VADs to support our existing partners to execute marketing campaigns, build skills and grow sales pipeline. • Promote our new partner program to enable our partners and drive joint revenue. • Structure and manage a meaningful and growing channel technical sales team. Ensure the team is performing at optimal levels and hire additional headcount as needed. • Use our partner program to drive visibility in the industry so as to ensure that Informatica is “top of mind” with potential business and strategic partners. •

 

Qualifications • We are looking for a modern partner ecosystem technical expert. A strong leader who knows the ins and outs of supporting a global network of partners to build their technical skills and support partners as they drive sales in the market.

Leadership qualities required include a strong motivator, communicator and someone who leads by example. Strong technical skills required to contribute to the team’s mission and goal to support our global network of Partners.

• Prior experience building and leading modern, global ecosystems in organizations with both scale and aggressive growth targets is critical. This is not about maintaining the status quo, it is about promoting something new and innovative that plays across every section of Informatica’s business. • Excellent external and internal communications skills a must, as well as ability to be effective in a fast paced, results driven environment. • Low job turnover, yet significant leadership with demonstrated ability to drive channel revenue growth. • High energy and passion for delivering results. Very high level of personal accountability. • Uncompromising standards for professional ethics • Undergraduate degree required. Master’s Degree in relevant field is a plus.
