Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a sales leader who thrives on developing new accounts as well as influencing existing partnerships to maximize their revenue generating potential. In this role, you’ll build relationships and will be directly responsible for revenue generating opportunities with all of OEM ISV partners. You’ll continually use your relationship management skills to ensure Informatica is positioned positively with these partners.

Your Responsibilities
The key focus for the OEM ISV Director is on building long term, strategic relationships with ISV Partners to grow Informatica’s partner eco-systems, generate incremental bookings, open new markets, and increase the awareness of Informatica with Partners. You will be working with multiple cross-functional teams; including sales, alliances, product management; and product marketing teams. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Strategic SI partners to drive joint campaigns to generate pipeline Provide ongoing partner education on messaging, solutions, services, & events
• Establish and agree on a success profile for each Partner
• Work with Informatica OEM Directors to create successful business and licensing models.
• Develop joint strategy for key INFA accounts

Your Qualifications
• Broad-based business and technology expertise with 6+ years in either alliance management, consulting, or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities
• 10-15 years of proven success with the enterprise software and Cloud computing channel.
• Experience of working with ISV organizations – star-ups as well as more established ISVs.
• Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams; including sales, alliances, product management; and product marketing teams.
• Direct sales, account planning, and long-term pipeline development experience
• Project management - structured work approach
• Resource management and knowledge of delivery capability
