The Platform product management team owns the IICS platform and a multiple web properties which support the enablement to the platform. This is a fast-paced environment where business success relies on the timely delivery of innovative solutions, which address either a specific program requirement, individual projects or a broader release tracking.

Your Opportunity

This individual will work as part of a global team to manage the web properties and release tracking for utilities built to enable partners.

Our Ideal Candidate

• The position is suited for highly motivated and energetic individuals with a desire to work on release management for high-performance products. We are looking for someone with a background in operations Management.
• You will come with a background of having some exposure to software project management methodologies (especially Waterfall and Agile development environments).

Your Responsibilities

• Own the operations for Marketplace, TPN and release management for the WIT and other utilities created for Cloud partners.
• Lead the coordination of release management activities across product management, multiple development and test teams, business units and functions.
• Handle multiple product release projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while effectively managing priorities
• Plan and schedule product release management activities, and track release deliverables using appropriate tools
• Monitor and report on pipeline and status of product releases to all stakeholders
• Work with other team members to resolve product release related issues and escalate as appropriate
• Identify opportunities for improvement and scaling of release related processes, and implement changes in process as agreed upon
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop full scale project plans and track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Create and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Your Qualifications

• Overall 3+ years of IT industry experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of project management or Operations management experience in web properties.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
• Ability to effectively manage globally distributed cross-functional projects and working with global teams.
• Knowledge of working across functional lines (Engineering, Product Management, QA, Documentation) as a facilitator.
