Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to add to our team who will report into the Director, FP&A North America Sales and Alliances. You will be dedicated to support the Marketing organization.

Your Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities are as follows:
Establish strong business partner relationship with sales leadership of the North America Sales and Alliances groups
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget with a good understanding of the departments’ goals
Monthly Forecast & Variance Analysis:
o Perform actual vs. budget review of departmental expenses providing proactive commentary regarding discrepancies
o Prepare monthly forecast of operating expenses including foresight regarding business objectives
Work collaboratively with the business and other internal Finance and Accounting teams
Recommend areas for improvement
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field
3+ years of relevant finance work experience
Experience in the software industry a plus
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with high level management and multiple cross-functional groups
Ability to multi-task and manage dynamic work load of changing priorities
Team player with the ability to work independently, proactively and effectively under pressure
Experience with financial systems Hyperion Planning/Essbase, MicroStrategy, and PeopleSoft Finance is preferred
