Our Team The Partner Success Channel Operations Team provides the operational infrastructure and supporting services that underpin all elements of the Informatica Channel business. We have a keen focus on evolving the operations capabilities to support advances in the Channel business go-to-market strategy. Your Opportunity As leader of the Partner Success Operations Team, you’ll provide front-line leadership to the Team responsible for the day-to-day program operations whilst supporting the SVP Worldwide Channels to ensure regional readiness is in place for the continued global roll-out of the new channel program. You have the opportunity to be a champion for the Channel program, being a force of energy and inspiration to the global Channel organization. Our Ideal Candidate You’re a highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for details. You are process-oriented and have a solid handle on procedural implementation of programmatic elements. You communicate clear, concise messages to keep both the direct Channel business as well as supporting functions informed on projects, initiatives or updates that are relevant. You consider yourself an expert in channel program operations and have extensive experience with Partner organizations. Our ideal candidate has channel experience in a software company and understands the nature of a diverse partner ecosystem comprising distributors, resellers, implementation partners, OEM and ISV organizations. You have a working knowledge and proficiency in handling channel legal agreements including resell, OEM, ISV and sublicense contracts. You will ideally be based out of our Headquarters in Redwood City, CA. Your Responsibilities In this role you’ll effectively partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders to ensure the Channel program aligns and interlocks with other functional groups. You will directly manage, coach and support a group of expert individual contributors responsible for all aspects of the Partner lifecycle comprising the Partner Portal, Partner Funds program, Partner inbox, Partner on-boarding / off-boarding, Partner renewals and Partner events. You work with the Partner Marketing Team to ensure external communications are accurate and reflect what is operationally and/or programmatically in place. You work with the regional Channel leadership Team to ensure a healthy interlock between business and operations exists.

You will be responsible for the implementation of a new Partner Portal, based on SalesForce.com. This business-critical project is at its inception and will fundamentally alter the way in which Informatica interacts and engages the Partner ecosystem. This project requires close alignment with cross-functional and supporting groups including IT, Finance, Legal, Informatica University, Professional Services, Partner Marketing and Product Management.

You will be responsible for continually scanning existing processes, procedures and systems, seeking new ways of doing things better. A relentless desire for refinement and improvement is important for this role to be impactful.

You work with the SVP Channels and Finance to ensure appropriate management of operating budgets including Partner Funds and Program Membership fees.

You support the SVP Channels in preparation for executive workshops, presentations and other high-profile events.

You attend regional kickoff events and present to audiences on the Partner Program, highlighting updates, requirements or other important programmatic elements.

You serve as a member of the Channel Leadership Team, ensuring there is a strong voice at the table with regards delivery of the overarching Channel strategy.

Your Qualifications • Minimum 5-8 years leadership experience in partner program operations related role • ITIL / ITSM or equivalent a benefit • Demonstrated excellence as a communicator, team builder and project manager • Demonstrated ability to successfully justify critical programs by projecting the impact through financial modeling • Ability to travel worldwide up to 20% of the time
