Our Team
Our Channel Partner sales team is high performance team positioned to play a significant role in the growth of Informatica. That channel sales team is focused on growing our partner capacity and revenue through the Informatica Partner Program.
Your Opportunity
As a Partner Sales Manager, you will manage the joint sales activity between Informatica, our key partners, and Informatica’s direct Sales teams. The role involves driving strategic engagement with the entire partner ecosystem to increase license revenue both sourced and influenced by partners with an emphasis on leveraging partners to expand Informatica’s market reach into new logo accounts.
Our Ideal Candidate
You should have prior experience in Channel Sales / Business Partner Development / Business Partner engagement best practices, along with a strong understanding of the data integration market including topics like Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Security, and Information Lifecycle Management and what these topics mean to our Customers and Partners. In addition to the attributes mentioned, you should also:
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated to drive and build business with Informatica key partners.
- Understand recent trends / challenges and whats selling within these markets.
- Use organizational and process mapping skills to enhance existing processes that the larger team can leverage for greater productivity
Your Responsibilities
You will build, plan and manage the partner business plan and efforts including:
0 Establish Revenue Targets/Objectives for each partner assigned to you
0 Create and develop strategies relative to partner business development efforts.
o Perform account mapping with direct sales teams to develop joint strategies for key accounts.
o Co-Create and rollout new product / services offerings in support of key customer use cases
o Collaborate with partner marketing management to build strong GTM plans.
o Engage partners and sales teams in support of relationship building and management
o Minimize engagement conflict across teams.
o Provide coaching and expertise to sales and partners.
o Identify and drive partner sourced opportunities.
o Work closely with Area VPs and Regional Sales Managers to help drive a culture of joint interaction between field sales and the partners.

Your Qualifications
- 5-10 years of proven success track record of success in Alliances Sales / Business Development and Partner engagement best practices
- Selling at executive level of client organization
- Experience in selling to all levels of the enterprise
- Joint account strategy development
