Our Team

Global Digital Demand Generation sits within the Digital Marketing organization and the Digital Marketing Strategist plays a key role within the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) to create impactful digital marketing programs that deliver leads and pipeline across the Informatica product family.

Your Opportunity

You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for stakeholders regarding Digital Marketing strategy for your product/solution. Cognizant overall expert on Digital product/solution with responsibility for CoE GTM plan results. Defines digital program tactics aligned with Campaign themes leveraging expertise from Digital subject matter experts. You are key to move Informatica marketing to Digital Center of Excellence and transform marketing programs based on B2B customer journey model.

Your Responsibilities

This position reports to the Digital Marketing Strategist Team Lead, who reports into the VP of GTM & Operations. The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for a specified product/solution. This individual combines in-depth knowledge of business objectives, products/solutions, competitive landscape, and digital strategies to deliver effective digital marketing recommendations.

 

  • Acts as single point of contact for stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Partner Marketing regarding Digital for their product/solution and represent digital in GTM Interlock process and meetings
  • Develops and maintains the Digital CoE plan and defines key digital programs based on the GTM strategy, working with subject matter expert teams (paid and organic media, web, email and content marketing)
  • Manage creation and execution of promotional content necessary to execute key digital programs
  • Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of Digital CoE programs and ensure they are aligned to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • Work with content marketing team to promote right message/content to the right audience through customer journey and strive for customer centric marketing
  • Review dashboards and reports to ensure we are achieving goals, analyze detailed data to identify what is working well and what needs improvement, and come up with corrective actions and mitigation plans
  • Take initiative to improve effectiveness and innovate through data-driven experimentation and testing
  • Work with regional field teams to support their digital marketing programs by providing template based packages and best practice guidance

Your Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of business experience with high-technology B2B marketing
  • Proven knowledge and expertise with digital marketing across all B2B marketing channels
  • Proven track record of successful and collaborative relationships with Field Marketing, Product Marketing, other core marketing functions, and Product Management
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset and approach to identify what is working and what needs improvement
  • Ability to provide strategic vision, create digital marketing plans, and manage execution of those plans
  • Ability to think strategically but be hands on to manage practical day-to-day tactics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Passionate, creative, innovative, persistent, committed, optimistic, and accountable
  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Able/willing to travel as required
