The Informatica OEM business includes the Commercial Use Program for software, hardware and managed service providers looking to utilize data to develop new business models and capture growth opportunities. Informatica’s Channel OEM Sales Team utilizes the Commercial Use Program to recruit potential new partners and works closely with them to construct positive, productive and profitable relationships.

 

 

Your Opportunity

Informatica is looking for an OEM Commercial Use Sales leader for our DaaS division to manage and grow the North America territory through the embedding of Informatica DaaS software in commercial use offerings. The primary objective is to generate incremental revenue through an indirect business model. As an employee with Informatica, you will be required to maintain and grow relationships with existing partners as well as develop new ones.  

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 

  • Experience selling Data as a Service to both enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • An understanding of embedded and commercial use business models.
  • You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You have advanced relationship building skills and the ability to solve complex licensing models.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Embedded Software - Commercial Use business activities in the North America territory, including prospecting, qualification, strategy, solution selling, forecasting, pricing and licensing models, negotiating contracts, royalty management, and overall account management.
  • Accurately forecast and execute on revenue commitments.
  • Actively engaging in executive negotiations to close business.
  • Develop and implement goals, tactical and strategic plans for sales and marketing.
  • Travel: up to 25%

 

 

Your Qualifications

  • Proven track record of over-achieving targets in an enterprise software sales company and a minimum of 5 years of experience selling Data as a Service solutions.
  • A good communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Self-driven.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
