Our outstanding sales operations team provides a strategic infrastructure that supports all elements of the Informatica business with a keen focus on providing vital support to our sales teams to help them exceed their targets.
Your Opportunity
Reporting to the VP Sales Operations, the Commissions Manager will develop and implement global sales incentive compensation plans and policies to attract and retain high caliber talent. Collaborates with intra-department leaders and other business partners to achieve goals. Works directly with the Sales Organization and senior management team to provide direction and expertise in executing Sales compensation plans, policies and processes.
Develop and maintain successful customer relationships through team and personal interactions by: proactively seeking customer input/feedback; assessing customer needs, and communicating operational needs, challenges and changes. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with department leaders and business partners to create open channels of communication, and stay current and aligned with department wide initiatives, priorities, and goals. Represent area of responsibility in department wide initiatives and special projects.

- Review and analyze compensation data to provide recommendations

- Use your organizational skills to create a productive workflow that the larger team can understand and follow efficiently
Your Responsibilities
- Partners with Finance and HR to ensure that sales compensation plan changes are aligned with business processes
- Provide guidance sales management on compensation issue and quota planning
- Participate in the design and delivery of incentive compensation plans
- Maintain annual sales and services compensation Terms and Conditions worldwide
- Responsible for maintaining incentive data
- Provide reporting and analytics on sales performance
- Develop communication and training to support sales compensation plans
- Ensure accurate maintenance of sales data through HR Workday system, Xactly as necessary to ensure updates and system refinements are delivered
Your Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Business with 5+ years’ work experience preferably in hi-tech industry
- Broad knowledge of sales compensation practices across the globe
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly tuned negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Well organized, adept at working professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to position new ideas and initiatives and gain buy-in and support
- Confidence and assertiveness, ability to build respect and credibility with colleagues and customers
- Strong commitment to deliver
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- A self-starter that can recognize where processes can be improved and who will take the initiative to improve them
