External Description:

Position Summary

The Leadership and Professional Development Facilitator will support the ongoing development and training of Informatica employees by designing, developing and delivering Informatica signature Leadership Programs, Informatica Career Development training programs, teaming workshops and other focused training solutions as needed. Specifically, this will be accomplished by:
•Working under the direction of the Manager of Leadership and Professional Development to deliver on the organizational objectives, strategic initiatives, and annual HR Team goals
•Developing and facilitating leadership and professional development training programs that support career development across the various layers and functions of the organization
•Developing and facilitating customized, focused training solutions where needed or sourcing external providers, as appropriate.
•Supporting Career Development by designing and developing the needed tools, processes, and knowledge resources that can be delivered through a variety of training mediums (ILT, WBT, Knowledge Sharing)
•Supporting intact team development across the various business functions through customized content development where needed

Key Relationships

To be successful in this role, the person must maintain open, productive relationships with:
1. The VP and all members of the Leadership and Professional Development team
2. The members of the global HR Team
4. The participants in the development and training programs we offer
5. The leaders who sponsor the development of their teams and employees

Responsibilities

•Developing content and facilitating leadership and professional development training programs that support career development for the manager and director leadership levels
•Developing content and facilitating teaming sessions for intact work teams
•Developing content, and facilitating professional development programs that support focused career development objectives for all employee populations
•Fostering Career Development by creating learning modules and knowledge sharing opportunities across all levels of the organization that includes a selection of resources that can be delivered through a variety of mediums (ILT, WBT, Knowledge Sharing)
•May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

•Ability to conduct needs analysis and identify the appropriate development solution
•Ability to develop and deliver training content across various employee and leadership levels
•Ability to serve as table coach and facilitator for leadership programs
•Ability to exercise independent judgment; act with a minimum of supervision within scope of position
•Ability to collaborate with leaders and teams with minimal management oversight and supervision
•Ability to develop/maintain a network of relationships throughout the organization to support getting the job done
•Demonstrated ability to succeed in a virtual team environment
•High level of written and oral communication skills to create and deliver effective training programs, including program design, content development, and platform skills
•Highly motivated, self-directed, and ability to manage multiple priorities
•Demonstrated commitment to consistently deliver the highest quality outcomes
