Your Opportunity 

We’re specifically looking for an experienced IT Recruiter from an in-house/talent acquisition background to recruit for Sales positions across EMEA. You will play a key role in helping our SVP EMEA & his Sales leaders to continue building a high-performing EMEA Sales team at Informatica. Your (internal) customers are seasoned Sales leaders who expect TA to deliver high-calibre Sales candidates in a time-efficient manner. 

Our TA Team 

We’re a lean, mean recruiting machine! 

The TA team is spread across three countries and in the last six months we have hired over 50+ new employees in 12 x countries for 50 x different hiring managers. We think of TA as the “Sales arm of HR” & it’s our responsibility to sell the “Informatica story” to potential candidates. 

We’re always trying new ideas! 

We recently held our first “LinkedIn party” and used pizza, beer and an hour of the Sales team’s time to generate over 50 x new candidates for our open Sales roles. 

We work hard AND smart! 

We use analytical software (Tableau) to ensure we’re working on the rights roles at the right time & help hiring managers plan more effectively for future growth in their team. 

We help each other out! 

We have a fantastic TA Co-ordinator who can take a lot of administration tasks away from you (i.e. arranging interviews, sending out contract paperwork, etc) so you can focus on engaging, attracting & hiring top Sales talent. 

Your Responsibilities 

• This is a 360-degree role where you will run & own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales roles across EMEA.
• You will act as a “conductor in the orchestrator” bringing information together from multiple lines of business (e.g. Hiring manager, HR, Compensation, Finance, etc) to ensure the right candidate is hired for the right reasons at the right level.
• You will partner closely hiring managers to ensure they have:
  • Compelling job descriptions.
  • Training on competency based interview techniques.
  • Understanding of the recruitment process in place for Sales hiring.
• You will develop sourcing strategies, tactics and leverage online recruiting resources as well as our in-house ATS (Gr8 People) to both identify, engage and recruit the very best Sales candidates. 

Our Ideal Candidate 

• You will come from a strong IT recruitment background and have experience working as an in-house/ talent acquisition Recruiter. Ideally, you will have a track record of hiring Sales professionals across the EMEA region i.e. Field Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Sales Directors, Presales Consultants, Presales Managers, etc.
• You will be used to dealing with demanding individuals spread across multiple locations.
• You will use your emotional intelligence to navigate your way through complex situations that might involve company politics & strong personalities. 

Your Qualifications 

• 3 - 5+ years’ experience as an in-house/Talent Acquisition Recruiter for an enterprise IT company is a MUST.
• A track record recruiting for Sales positions across multiple locations in EMEA.
• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter.
