External Description:

Your Opportunity Informatica is looking for an energetic intern to join our highly motivated team of professionals in providing quality end user support across a wide range of Information Technology (IT) technologies and services to internal Informatica customers within Redwood City. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving technical problems that may arise with company computers and the software running on them and helping to support the delivery of technology and services as part of IT project roll-outs. You will gain experience in a wide range of activities, including application implementation, project management, and exposure to the most exciting technologies in the industry.

Informatica’s internships last 10-12 weeks during the summer months. We are currently hiring for the May/June 2018 timeframe and will be located in our Austin, TX office.

Your Qualifications

Graduating between December 2018 and June 2019 with a B.S./M.S. majoring in a Technology related field Experience with Windows 7 & 10, Office 365, Office 2010-2016

Basic Hardware/Software knowledge installation/support knowledge Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills Strong problem resolution and analytical skills; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively Motivated and enthusiastic to learn Detail oriented, with a desire to complete projects accurately and on time Must be a student, currently enrolled with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
