The Intern uses fresh thinking and an optimistic spirit to bring new, innovative ideas and solutions to the team. This role works on exciting and impactful projects with the expectation of implementation and execution by the end of the internship.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze information with the intention of creating simple, executable solutions
• Engage in conversations with various levels within the organization to collect feedback
• Use analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide solutions
• Lead impactful projects from conception to completion
• May work across all HR disciplines along the full lifecycle of employment
• Consistent regular attendance at work
• May perform other duties and responsibilities

Your Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a BS degree pursuing Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Must be graduating between Dec 2018 - Jun 2019
• Strong enthusiasm to solve challenging technical problems with analytical aptitude
• Ability to consistently adapt to new circumstances, and learn quickly when facing new problems
• Teamwork mentality, easily shares ideas and resources, and responds agreeably to peaks in workload demand
• Good organizational habits, can prioritize tasks, develop good work procedures, and manages time well
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team; and an ability to work independently when needed
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and intrinsic enthusiasm that enables strong relationships with co-workers and customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) or Access knowledge preferred
