Your Opportunity:

The Digital Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting a number of key initiatives including simple graphic design Campaign Management supporting our customer journey, as well as general support for INFA digital asset rebranding. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and innovative in their approach to nurturing prospects and users, running campaigns dedicated to initial purchase, renewal, and upsell/cross-sell. This intern will work cross-functionally leveraging Marketo, SFDC, and other Marketing Automation tools.

In addition, this role will have the opportunity to support rebranding our digital assets including white papers, ads, ebooks, and website. They will work on a variety of projects and be exposed to all aspects of B2B enterprise solution marketing. 

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to successfully build, manage, and scale the nurture customer journey programs
  • Work collaboratively with fellow marketing leaders and sales team to develop customer facing email marketing campaigns that increase response rates, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline, based on internal prioritization
  • Design, assemble and execute nurture flows for customers including entry and transition logic and rules, track-specific treatment considerations, and disposition (routing) of customer that re-enter an active demand state
  • Leverage experience with A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts
  • Define segmentation criteria to manage customer lists by product category for nurture programs
  • Map and document customer journey marketing automation processes, programs and procedures
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns and programs to drive enterprise customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the base. Work cross-functionally to deploy in market
  • Develop communication plans and drive content needs for lead generation efforts, nurture campaigns and thought leadership to the enterprise market
  • Effectively implement campaigns using sales and marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, as well as predictive tools like Lattice
  • Produce executive dashboards and briefings on the effectiveness of campaigns and overall return on investment
  • Have working knowledge of planning and implementing “Land & Expand” type b2b programs

Your Qualifications:

  • Must be enrolled in a BS degree pursing Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Must be graduating between Dec 2018 - Jun 2019
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and data in a simple-to-understand manner
  • Strong analytical skills in order to assess activities and present campaign results to executive management
  • Works effectively in highly diverse cross-functional teams in implementing product-driven marketing initiatives
  • Ability to drive tactical short-term results while remaining focused on long term strategic goals
  • Experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with Constant Contact, sfdc.com and Marketo
  • Experience building and implementing a testing and optimization strategy to improve email performance
  • Advanced understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color and aesthetics
  • Working knowledge on lead generation and marketing campaign management supporting enterprise sales
