Your Opportunity
The Campaign Analyst will be be our first point of contact with prospects we hope to convert into long term customers. This position focuses on communicating with prospects and interested parties, understanding their needs/ business challenges and transforming them into genuine sales opportunities through the use of information, insights and persuasion. 

To be successful in this role, you will need a can-do attitude, be clear and confident in your phone, written and verbal communication as well as being able to communicate with senior decision makers. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and CRM Salesforce (SFDC) applications are also a requirement and current knowledge of the IT Software industry is advantageous as is a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably in B2B software.

The role of the Campaign Analyst is to identify, qualify and create highly qualified new sales opportunities over the phone to support our sales targets. You will be responsible for a pipeline target per quarter and per year. We are looking for highly positive and energetic individuals to drive our prospecting and pipeline generation activities by phone so a background in telesales/software would be ideal. As an Campaign Analayst, your demand creation activities will be a combination of outbound calling on target accounts and verticals, as well as lead qualification coming from direct marketing campaigns, events, trade shows and the web sites. 

To be successful in this position, you need to have very strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, enjoy talking on the phone and be comfortable with high daily call volumes.

Responsibilities

Inbound Leads Qualification
Phone follow-up and Qualification of marketing generated leads coming from digital marketing, events, and email campaigns 
Drive phone and email based business conversations to capture key qualification information such as decision makers and decision timeframe, project ownership, budget and business needs
Nurture generated leads into qualified sales opportunities

Outbound Phone-Based Demand Creation
Communicate with key decision makers about their business challenges and addressing these challenges with the benefits of our solution
Conduct phone prospecting activities, opportunity creation and tracking to support the APJ sales team and pipeline target
Outbound calls and e-mail correspondence to identify and qualify new business opportunities; responding to prospect inquiries by phone and e-mail

Lead, Opportunity, Contact and Account management in Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Document all business development activities such as calls and email communication, leads and opportunities, contacts and accounts in SFDC
Conduct data quality and data cleansing activities in order to update and maintain prospects information and communication in SFDC
Actively enrich Informatica's contact and opt-in database by adding new and existing account contacts for a predefined set of targeted functions

Teamwork for results
The role requires a high degree of collaboration with other teams, including field sales, presales, professional services, marketing, alliances management, finance and customer support, as well as external parties like channel partners.
Hand-out high quality qualified opportunities and meetings to the account managers
Work directly or remotely with APJ sales team to proactively contact and develop new or cross and up sell opportunities within their target account assignments or channel partner base
Meet and exceed monthly quota pipeline per month, quarter and year 
Collaborate with territory sales management and account executives to win new opportunities and grow the business 
Communicate with marketing and sales teams to provide continuous improvements to the quality and quantity of leads produced
Work closely with APJ based business development teams to share best practices.

Reporting
Provide timely reports on all business development activities and achievement against objectives


Your Skills and Qualifications
This position requires excellent, proactive communication skills as you will be managing the flow of information between many different people and organisations both within and outside Informatica
Good phone based networking skills
High energy and positive state of mind
Excellent listening skills
Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful sales
Ability to work remotely with virtual sales and direct marketing teams to manage assignments and set direct marketing priorities
Strong personal organizational skills and time management
Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message (use of BANT sales methodology)
Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to ask direct questions
Good business acumen across various industries
Eager to learn and continue learning

Language skills requirement: Either Vietnamese, Chinese, Bahasa, Indonesian in addition to English will be preferred.
