Your Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, innovative leader with a flair for developing new business and identifying and selling to customer needs. Youll join our relationship-driven team and take charge of developing detailed sales/marketing plans and maximizing sales promotions and incentive programs to drive results and inspire productivity and teamwork. You will rely on your experience and good judgment to proactively and exponentially grow accounts in your territory and drive year-over-year growth in line with the overall territory revenue goals.

Your Responsibilities
You will develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive business plan for your territory, including identifying core customers, mapping the benefits of Informaticas solutions to the business requirements. You will strive to understand the customers organizational structure and work to achieve alignment. You will take full responsibility for accurate forecasting, regular quarterly revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans. Furthermore, youll coach partners, accessing resources within Informatica to support them on specific opportunities, with the goal of building sufficient capacity to meet customers demand for Informatica-related services and skills. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop detailed sales/marketing plans and sales forecasts
- Manage time and work flow and create effective call plans
- Monitor competition and respond immediately and appropriately
- Build an exhaustive network and generate prolific referral
Your Qualifications
- 5-10 years of successful enterprise software sales history in selling to the healthcare provider industry
- A strong healthcare industry expertise
- A proven track record of over-quota achievement
- Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Enterprise Application Integration, CRM/ERP, Database and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products preferred
- BA/BS or equivalent educational background
- Experience with DW analytics such as Microstrategy, IBM/Cognos, NCR/Teradata, Oracle and SAP/Business Objects or Integration technologies such as Oracle/SeeBeyond, Software AG/WebMethods and TIBCO
