Your Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, organized dynamo to join our Sales Operations team. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll serve as a key liaison across all Informatica departments, optimizing sales processes and systems to ensure continued sales success and increased customer satisfaction. As the sales process and data expert, you are the stable foundation that ensures our sales teams can deliver on their promise. You will engage the managers within the APJ region to proactively ensure adoption, adherence and completion of mandated processes on time, as well as assisting in clarification and liaising with other departments (e.g. finance) to unblock issues and escalate problems. This role will be based in Hong Kong.

Your Responsibilities

You will support a team driven sales and customer service approach by overseeing information flow, deadlines and reporting requirements. You will manage the implementation of sales initiatives and productivity tools the team uses to operate. You’ll collaborate and develop positive relationships with all Informatica divisions, and often call on your talent for “managing up” as you support sales professionals; advocating for the training, tools and resources they need to drive business. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Leverage existing operational data and reporting, to analyze trends and provide input and recommendations to sales leadership that will help improve performance
  • Monitor price quotes, pricing, and discounts and provide the information in accurate and punctual reports and presentations as needed
  • Ensure that lead data quality rules are adhered to, pricing is current and Sales Force is updated monthly with lead ownership and territory changes
  • Assure legal documents are provided to existing customers and stored within the SFA
  • Pipeline Management and Forecast Analysis and Tracking
  • Adherence to Monthly Reporting Calendar in Support of senior Leadership across APJ
  • Special Project work & Initiatives around data analysis and process improvements
  • Dashboard and Reporting analysis and Reviews
  • Sales rep & sales management dashboard use and enablement
  • Enabling sales organization staff to utilize reporting tools for managing their business
  • Ad-hoc data analysis and reporting in Excel, using CRM and Marketing database tools as well as Salesforce.com
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Sales Experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint & Salesforce & Tableau
  • Comfortable engaging our company executives across the region
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with presentations, both in-person and online
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sense of urgency meeting reporting deadlines
  • Proficiency with project management initiatives

 

Your Qualifications

  • experience in a sales operations role within the technology sector, software industry experience preferred
  • Must have a BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Business analytical skills for reporting
  • com administrator experience, Sales Operations experience, and SaaS experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Sophisticated understanding of complex selling environments and sales management’s objectives
  • Strong understanding of SFDC and CRM applications
