Your Opportunity
The Accounts Payable Manager will provide hands-on management and oversight of Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Processing functions and certain corporate accounting.

Your Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact in the US for certain corporate accounting matters and provide hands-on management and oversight of accounting activities including:
- Accounts Payable and Employee Expense Administration and Accounting
- Various general Accruals
- Account reconciliations and analyses
- Support month-end closing process including but not limited to:
- Preparation and/or review of journal entries under area of responsibility
- Completing all assigned close tasks and prepare and/or review balance sheet accounts reconciliations
- Manage relationship with AP and Employee Expense team in Shared Services Center in India, Procurement team and internal business partners
- Manage inquiries from and communication with external vendors and internal business partners, particularly regarding high-profile or escalated issues
- Manage annual 1099 reporting process
- Review certain fixed assets schedules
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and special analyses to facilitate management’s ability to optimally understand business issues and drivers
- Evaluate and recommend changes to accounting processes including documenting and maintaining accounting procedures in support of continuous improvement efforts
- Responsible for maintaining and updating SOX controls under area of responsibility
- Coordinate the preparation for SOX testing with Internal Audit team and ensure compliance with all related controls
- Assist with year-end audit and quarterly review procedures
- Coordinate the resolution of AP system issues with IT
- Create and maintain escheatment policy
- Assist with special ad-hoc projects and various other accounting duties as requested
Your Qualifications
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
- CPA or strong knowledge of US GAAP preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects to timely completion
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Detail oriented with solid organizational, analytical, research, and time management skills
- Exceptionally strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups cross-functionally and globally
