Talent Acquisition is the Sales arm of HR & our goal is to attract, engage and sell career opportunities at Informatica to first-class talent across EMEA. We're a "lean, mean recruitment team" in EMEA and we get as close as possible to our hiring managers to make sure our recruitment strategies support their business needs. 

Your Opportunity 

You will be responsible for hiring top tech talent into our RnD organisation in Stuttgart, Germany. You will be typically hiring for Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers & Managers at a variety of different levels (i.e. junior, mid-level and senior). You will own the full recruitment lifecycle: opening the position, understanding the requirements, sourcing/screening/interviewing candidates & hiring the preferred candidate into the business. You will look after 4 – 8 x open positions across the RnD function although this will vary through the course of the contract.

Our Ideal Candidate  

• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter i.e. sourcing, qualifying, networking, closing, etc.
• Experience as an in-house Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Recruiter.
• Experience hiring for RnD roles (i.e. Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, etc) in Germany.
• Live within a commutable distance of our office.
• Have experience working as in-house recruitment / Talent Acquisition Recruiter at a Software vendor (desirable).
• Fluency in German & English (written & spoken).
