Talent Acquisition is the Sales arm of HR & our goal is to attract, engage and sell career opportunities at Informatica to first-class talent across EMEA. We're a "lean, mean recruitment team" in EMEA and we get as close as possible to our hiring managers to make sure our recruitment strategies support their business needs.

Your Opportunity 

You’ll play a key role in supporting recruitment across the EMEA region and will be a 360 recruiter / full life-cycle / in house / talent acquisition recruiter hiring across all lines of business i.e. Sales, Consultancy, Software Development, etc. You will look after c.15 - 20 x requisitions depending on the time of the year & source, manage and close candidates by yourself. You will build strong working relationship with demanding hiring managers across the region and most importantly, have fun whilst doing it!

• You're a natural sales person and can sell "snow to the Eskimos" in a professional, friendly manner.
• You won't get flustered when hiring managers make unrealistic demands and will handle them tactfully.
• You can focus on a few things and do them exceptionally well rather than spreading yourself too thinly and delivering average results.
• Lastly, like Lewis Hamilton, you like working with data to spot opportunities to automate, speed up or improve your recruitment performance. 

Your Qualifications  

• Experience as an in-house/corporate/talent acquisition Recruiter for an enterprise software company.
• Experience recruiting across EMEA.
• Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter i.e. sourcing, qualifying, networking, closing, etc.
• ATS / CRM systems.
