Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end compensation processes for certain Business Units
• Provide guidance & support to sales management on compensation issues and queries
• Be a part of the team responsible for preparing monthly reporting and analytics of sales performance
• Assist with the design of new compensation plans or propose changes to the existing plans
• Manage the variable compensation cycle including but not limited to, responding to field inquiries, ad-hoc requests for reporting, distribution of compensation plans and Comp Plans Administration
• Partner with Sales Ops and Sales Planning on in deriving compensation structures and design
• Engage with sales employees to research and accurately resolve commission related issues
• Work on enhancing the system & processes by streamlining and automating the tasks and data-inputs
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Sales to ensure compensation plan changes are aligned with the business objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years experience working with variable pay components
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Highly tuned negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent customer and relationship management skills
• Organized and adept at working professionally in a fast paced environment
• Self-starter and strong initiative; ability to recognize areas of process improvement
• Experience using Commissions Management tools such as Xactly Incent / Callidus a plus
