Your Opportunity

This role is a hybrid role, where the individual will be responsible for helping Informatica deal with all sorts of crisis, not just catastrophic ones. This person has led organizations to build response measures for BCM, Crisis Communications, SIRT responses, implemented Crisis Management frameworks, and demonstrated the value of such frameworks while getting management buy-n for larger initiatives like our Business Continuity capability. Additionally, this individual has the responsibility for being our Security Incident Commander, and overseeing the SIRT process for the Americas region.

Your Responsibilities

  • May perform other duties and responsibilities
  • Able to compromise cross functional team, develop a process for any crisis, and act as a crisis commander for various issues impacting Informatica.
  • Develop and complete technological and process orientated Business Impact Analysis and reporting on these assets and processes capabilities prior to and during an impactful event to management
  • Able to develop a strategy for our business continuity programs,
  • Implement a technical testing process for disaster recovery
  • Able to act as an Incident commander for Security Incidents
  • Responsible for tracking, responding and documenting security, crisis and privacy incidents and reporting weekly, and monthly metrics
  • Possible on-call for Security Events
  • Consistent regular attendance at work
  • Ensure playbooks are kept up to date

Knowledge and Requirements

  • Familiar with the differences for Crisis Management and subsequent frameworks, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery frameworks (like ISO 23001),
  • Have run SIRT drills
  • Can develop metrics tying back to a common controls and risk framework for reporting to Senior Management
  • Has built programs from scratch
  • Has proven ability to identify opportunities to reduce risk in our organization and escalate issues to management and senior management where required
  • Has demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment, with project management skills
  • Has proven ability to work across multiple departments, and with various levels of staff
  • Technical capabilities to assist with developing plans for recovery, where necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background. (May List Concentrations)
  • 5-7 years’ experience required.
  • Certifications preferred (if applicable): CBCP, CMCS, S-CME, PMP, CISSP
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
