Position Summary
We are looking for Business Operations Principal/Manager for Informatica’ s Products Organization. The Products Organization at Informatica is fast growing and rapidly transforming to support the needs of its customers with the next generation of products and solutions. Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility of tracking and managing key metrics for the global products organization
- Define (in partnership with product leadership) as well as track and manage the KPIs for the global organization & for the individual product sub-orgs
- Manage the regular cadence of reporting and synthesizing the key insights and communicate those insights to relevant stakeholders
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, including financial modeling
- Partner with the supporting functions (HR, Finance, IT and others) to manage the business dashboards
- Be the lead in managing the products-related data aggregation and analysis for the company-wide business reviews
- Identify areas of improvements and communicate recommendation
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified; assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed
Your Qualifications
- 10+ or more years of work experience in data analysis and management (in a FP&A / BI or similar) supporting mid-to-large sized organization. Experience in the software industry required
- MBA with Finance, highly desirable
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience at a strategy consulting firm, and/or finance/operating experience in enterprise software, SaaS or consumer internet highly preferred.
- Detail oriented with ability to develop clear, concise executive level reports and summaries
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with management leaders and multiple cross-functional groups
- Ability to multi-task and manage dynamic work load of changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong project management skills – ability to manage scope, meet timelines, and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Team player with the ability to work independently, proactively and effectively under pressure
- Experience with analytics/ reporting systems – Tableau etc, is desired, knowledge of JIRA and other systems is a plus, aptitude to pick up new tools
- Ability to roll-up the sleeves and do what it takes and MUST be a team player
