Reporting to VP Global Brand, Media and Digital, Informatica is looking for an ambitious and creative marketer with proven experience in delivering breakthrough creative and design-led marketing materials across our communication touchpoints. As Brand and Creative Services Director, you bring a rich background of creative leadership and industry-shaping work across B2B to both business-facing and technical audiences, bringing to life creative expression that is cohesive, provocative and infused across all programs/campaigns across channels and regions.

 

 

What You’ll Do

Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of visual designers

· Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of visual designers (print, video, digital) to develop materials from concept to completion in an array of mediums including advertising social, out-of-home video, events, executive presentation and on-web

 

· Provide inspirational creative leadership, partnering with various functions to develop “the brief” for intake requests, connecting insights with ideas that resonate with the hearts and minds of our audiences, translating complex into sleek visual executions that make them easier to understand

 

· Refresh the creative approach of digital demand programs to improve speed-to-lead, accelerate customer engagement and asset consumption

 

· Employ modern digital-first techniques to deliver personalized and adaptive content experiences, (persona, segment, vertical, user buying path)

 

· Operationalize and scale incoming creative requests into a multi-media creative hub with internal and designers, vendor and agencies to support production workflow for global and regional needs

 

· Ensure that assets are leveraged and “campaign-able” into asset guides that are leveraged across regions and multiple mediums

 

· Partner closely with media and agency partners to drive leading-edge, impactful and valuable ideas across our marketing programs, that deliver results across brand or performance metrics depending on channel.

 

· Continue Re-brand asset migration to new branding visual system.

 

· Steward an asset management system for all production files and photography

 

· Maintain/update style and asset guides, review materials for brand compliance, manage trademarks with our legal team

 

· Ensure global consistency & governance for creative assets; Train internal and external teams on the proper use of the brand


 

Who You Are

· 15+ years of experience at an advertising or digital agency or in-house equivalent, at least 7 of which has been at a leadership level, and design background with B2B and technology brands.

 

· Deep understanding of both Brand building and Digital Demand marketing objectives and best practices of how a creative campaign is expressed across print, web, mobile, online advertising, social media and video mediums

 

· Expert-level talent in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator,, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Apps, macOS, iOS, Apple products and other industry software skills, including asset management and server requirements

 

· Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and know how to effectively express your ideas and your work at all levels of the organization.

 

· Strategic, with a deep understanding of the implications of great creative & storytelling on the overall success of a brand.

 

· Committed to the success of the team, desiring to mentor and shape the careers of creative teams
