As a Director Product Manager, you will be responsible for building world class industry solutions including Finance 360, Reference 360 and Supplier 360. In the role of Director Product Manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Director Product Manager you must have strong technical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and own the product strategy, product roadmap, and business plan for your products supported by thorough analysis and competitive positioning
- Author detailed “whole” product requirements and go to market plan
- Become an Informatica MDM Solutions subject matter expert
- Collaborate with user designers and engineering to deliver world class products for business users with modern data visualization
- Develop ecosystem partners to deliver Industry offerings
- Evangelize product roadmap with customers, partners, analysts, and field organizations
- Nurturing customers and securing them as references
- Work closely with cross-organization and cross-functional R&D leaders and Product Managers to drive product roadmap and strategy
- Collaborate with user designers and engineering to deliver world class products for business users with modern data visualization
- Travel (approximately 10-20%) for customer visits, industry conferences, providing thought leadership, support marketing activities, as well as visiting Informatica offices
Key Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, product management, and/or as a sales consultant/engineer
- 12+ years in enterprise software product management or equivalent roles in the data management space with activity spanning participation in conducting competitive analysis, writing detailed requirement specifications, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product roadmap and strategy, authoring technical white papers, delivering customer presentations, and working with product marketing on market requirements, segmentation, and product packaging and licensing
- 5+ years of experience in EPM and/or ERP applications.
- Deep understanding of FP&A concepts including but not limited to planning, cost management, tax reporting, GL management, hierarchies, consolidation
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills with proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion
What Does Success Look Like?
- Work with the HM to determine what one will need to be successful in the role (eg. You utilize your excellent server and networking infrastructure knowledge to accomplish the seamless implementation of Informatica products in our customer's preferred environment)
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MBA) a plus
- Exposure to SAP Finance Modules/ Oracle EPM/ Workday finance
- MDM experience
- Cloud application development experience
- Familiarity developing products leveraging big data and cloud platforms, microservices, AI/machine
