Position Title: Sr Principal Web Analyst

Informatica is currently looking for a Sr. Manager Website Analytics with experience in producing analysis and data driven insights to take our user experience to the next level. This role will join our team in Redwood City, CA or Austin, TX.

Job Summary
As a Sr. Manager Website Analytics, you will be responsible for improving website performance by maximizing conversion rates and increasing customer acquisition by optimizing web pages into high traffic, audience-centric pathways that deepen engagement and accelerate sales readiness. In the role of Sr. Manager Website Analytics, you must understand specific business priorities and KPIs, be maniacally focused on monitoring traffic patterns, asset consumption, engagement and conversion rates to inform UX changes, multivariate tests, and informs actions to accelerate growth and remediate downtrends.

What You’ll Do
•Create and manage reports to analyze performance from traffic, engagement and web-to-lead conversion.
•Conduct trend analysis and produce insights to inform design and optimize audience-centric customer experiences (segment, industry, persona, ABM)
•Oversee AB testing (using Adobe Target) recommendations and insights, collaborating with content, design and inbound teams to drive engagement and improved conversion.
•Integrate with channel leads, content and UX/design teams to ensure enhancements and new features are designed with KPIs and performance targets in mind.
•Ensure tracking for new components is in place at go-live
•Report findings with data visualizations and trend analysis. Interpret raw data sources into business-facing, consumable readouts with demonstrable results and actionable insights.
•Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to advance our web analytics capabilities.
•Proven experience building test plans that continuously improve buyer journey and lead generation initiatives.
•Communicating insights and providing solutions that have demonstrable results.
•Working with web development and marketing teams to implement solutions.
•Understanding the behavior and expectations of online visitors.
•Staying up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and design.

Key Essentials
•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Economics or similar quantitative fields.
•10+ years’ experience in years of web analytics experience. Knowledge of other digital channels and multi-channel analysis desirable.
•Proven statistical analytical skills such as A/B testing, clustering, trend analysis.
•Expertise in digital marketing platforms including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Marketo or other marketing automation platform, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and survey platforms.
•Proficiency in data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.
•Proven experience building test plans that continuously improve buyer journey and lead generation initiatives.
•Strong verbal and visual communication skills, articulating complex insights into simple terms.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Ability to work effectively with team members across a variety of backgrounds including engineering, marketing and creative fields.

Nice to Have
•Understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
•Previous experience in consulting role/change agent with mindset to build, experiment and scale.
•Comfortable in dynamic environment, with keen ability to institute structure and operationalize end-to-end process.
•Experience in marketing automation tools (Marketo/Eloqua) and SFDC.
