Informatica is currently looking for a Product Specialist with experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), Cloud B2B Gateway and Application Integration to join our team as a home-based employee.

Job Summary

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for working with internal sales team and customers to discover the customers’ challenges and requirements pertaining to their data management, ingestion, and integration, as well as to provide technical demonstrations/proof of concepts/workshops as part of a customer technical evaluation. In the role of Product Specialist, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Product Specialist you must have strong technical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

What You’ll Do
Technical Discovery - Ensure you understand the heart of the customer’s issues and the finer details of their technical landscape, to provide potential solutions with IICS.
Platform Overview – Presentation and demonstration of the platform using prebuilt demos.
Targeted Custom Demonstrations – Build custom demonstrations targeted to specific customer use cases, using the IICS platform
Proof of Concepts – Scope and agree use cases and their associated success criteria, and then deliver the use cases using the customers’ applications, to prove the value that the IICS platform brings.
Technology Evangelist - Evangelize the IICS platform to customers, as well as coaching internal Sales teams on the capabilities of the IICS platform.

Key Essentials
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related subject
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

What Does Success Look Like?
Utilizing great communication skills, coupled with technical knowledge and experience on the IICS platform to address customers current and future data management requirements, and demonstrate the value that it brings.
