As Informatica Customer Success embarks on the next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly motivated hands-on Analyst - Customer Success Operations to support our team.

About the role

As a customer success analyst, you will support the Customer success management by ensuring timely access to key metrics and efficient operational processes that are key to managing the business. You will accomplish this by a combination of reporting, analytics and operational process design with solutions developed at scale.

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will bring in your curiosity, sharp attention to detail, and your problem-solving ability to every project that you work on. You are also a keen learner and someone who is not afraid to get your hands dirty in our tech stack, which includes salesforce, tableau, and more.

Apart from the Customer success managers, you will also get the opportunity to work with different teams and internal stakeholders in System Ops, Data Analytics, Renewal Operations etc. You will report to the Associate Director, Customer Success Operations under the Customer Success Organisation.

What you’ll do

  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis on key metrics to help CS leadership take business decisions
  • Operationalize key processes and assist management in rollout of new processes.
  • Manage reporting tools and dashboards that track and maximize the operational efficiency of the CS organisation
  • Implement and Maintain Systems especially Customer success platform including configuration, managing workflows etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with major stakeholders in Data Analytics, Technology, and Others
  • Deliver concise insights and analysis of key metrics to Customer Success leadership, ensuring key drivers, issues, and required actions are clearly understood

 

 

Qualifications

  • About 3-5 years of experience working in an equivalent role within a Customer Success, Sales or Marketing Operations organization 
  • Advanced Excel skills required; Familiarity with BI technologies like Power-BI, Tableau preferred
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skill
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM tool or any other Customer Success tools
  • Structured thinker with a keen eye for details
  • Strong communicator and active listener who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional writing and communication skills.
